- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and password when you create an account.
- Delivery Addresses: Pickup and dropoff addresses for packages you create or deliver.
- GPS Location Data: Real-time location data from drivers who have enabled location tracking to facilitate deliveries.
- Payment Information: Payment details are collected and processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Business Information: Company branding, logos, and business settings for white-label tenant accounts.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Ubezon delivery platform
- Process deliveries and facilitate communication between senders, handlers, and drivers
- Process payments and payouts through Stripe
- Display maps and routing information via Mapbox
- Send transactional emails (delivery updates, account notifications)
- Provide customer support
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Stripe: For payment processing, payouts, and identity verification.
- Mapbox: For map display and route calculation. Delivery addresses are sent to Mapbox for geocoding.
- Within your tenant: Senders, handlers, and drivers within the same tenant can see relevant delivery information (addresses, package details, tracking).
Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
Ubezon is a multi-tenant platform. Each tenant (business) operates independently. Data belonging to one tenant is isolated from other tenants. Users of one tenant cannot access the data of another tenant.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Delivery records and transaction history are retained for business and legal compliance purposes. GPS tracking data from drivers is retained for up to 90 days after delivery completion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate data via your account settings.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data.
- Export: Request an export of your data in a portable format.

Ubezon uses JSON Web Tokens (JWT) stored in your browser's localStorage for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics trackers. No cookie consent banner is required as we do not use cookies for tracking purposes.
GDPR Compliance
Denorth LLC has operations in both Massachusetts, USA and Reykjavik, Iceland. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Iceland, we process personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our lawful basis for processing is contractual necessity (to provide the delivery platform service) and legitimate interest (to improve our services). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children's Privacy
